So I make the new chart John Cage - 4'33" (AKA Silence for 4 minutes 33 seconds straight) Which contains no note inside it, However, It errors on the play result screen.

The purpose of this error report is just for checking the game can handle 0 notes in a chart, But for music yes it exists.

Is the issue also present if there's only 1 note in the chart?

nope

not crash but instead please also check the length of the songs instead of only check note length.

since I have to wait 4 minutes 33 seconds straights.
