overworld cake bug

Bug Description

one block in my world turns into an overworld cake when i go to the nether and if I click it my inventory changes to what it was like some time ago.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I don't know

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.place a part builder
2.go to the nether
3.click on the overworld cake the part builder turned into
