[1.20.1] Incompatible with YUNG's Better End Island. (Egg does not respawn again past first kill.)

Egg only spawns as normal in vanilla, then every kill after that it doesn't respawn anymore.
Without YUNG's Better End Island it's back to normal.
This might be an issue with YUNG's Better End Island, and if it is. I'll move this report over there.

Issue is reproducable with just More Dragon Eggs & YUNG's Better End Island.

Yungs better end overwrites the part I use for respawning the egg.
I've considered providing an alternative way to do it, but haven't really found the time.
