dPaste went poof

As of 5 Sep 2022 at 08:46am MDT. FossHost Boston node went off the internet, unreachable, gone, therefore dpaste also went offline.

As of right now, it is still unknown what causes it.
The latest update was at Sep 5 11:29 am.

"boston aarch nodes are rebooting." - kryptonian. Sep 6 3:03 am.

"Issue seems to be related to IPv6 routing." - kryptonian. Sep 6 5:21 am.

"We are opening a ticket with the DC to get RCA assistance." - Corwin. Sep 6 9:34 am.

I will update this issue page regarding what happens next or if there is a new update from FossHost.
