FidoCadJ does not compile for Android

FidoCadJ currently does not compile for Android.
I am working on it right now.

I closed at it compiles with my old Android dev system (Ant 1.9.3, adt-bundle-mac-x86_64-20131030).
If it does not work on newer ADT's, please reopen.

Due to the recent changes, this may be the case again.
