Export text with special characters (svg/pgf)

Hello
When exporting to SVG and PGF, I was confronted with errors in the results:
SVG: text with "<" or ">" is translated literally which is not a correct syntax.
PGF: text with "" need to be escaped as in "" to be LaTeX compatible.
After search/replace, I could live with the result, hence the low priority.

When exporting in PGF, the text is not escaped or processed, as one may want to include LaTeX commands in the drawings.
