Combine messages if the user has tipped filters on the same article five times

Currently, if someone has tipped a filter five times on the same article it triggers two messages like so:

11:55:35  !alert - [[User:USERNAME]] has tripped 5 filters within the last 5 minutes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog?wpSearchUser=USERNAME
11:55:35  !alert - 5 filters in the last 5 minutes have been tripped on [[ARTICLE]]: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog?wpSearchTitle=ARTICLE

Combining the messages would be more useful. Like so:

11:55:35 !alert - [[User:USERNAME]] has tripped 5 filters on [[ARTICLE]] the last 5 minutes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog?wpSearchTitle=ARTICLE
