Show throbber when creating new Stream

When a user creates a new stream and clicks on the "Create stream" button it can take a few seconds until the user receives a response for successfully having created a new stream or an error message is displayed. In the meantime a loading icon or something similar would be helpful to indicate to the user, that "something is happening" in the background.
