Are we looking for a license that allows translation and reposting by other entities? If so, let's discuss how we want to limit that use, as "commercial" is slippery and I'd like to understand whether we want to open that for interpretation vs keeping ordinary copyright.

There are Creative Commons variations we can use that would allow translations require attribution, but not commercial use. Happy to discuss.

Working my way through repos with no LICENSE. CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 looks like a good fit to me, but it's possible I'm missing something. If so, we do have a couple other options.
