Take into account ROIs in all processing features

Currently, ROIs are only taken into account in "Computing" menu features.

The idea of this Issue would be to generalize the use of ROIs in DataLab:

  1. All operations would apply only to ROIs
  2. All processing features would be performed only to ROIs
