Suppress debugging log output completely

When running RunManager API calls, we still have some minor logging output from the Java classes showing up on the user console. Suppress all of these messages properly.

This issue has been solved and the debugging log output is suppressed by adding a simplelog.properties configuration file in the d1_libclient_java.jar and d1_common_java.jar
