Unexpected repository fetch for absolute profile paths

When the profile is an absolute path and the profile doesn't exist on the given path, we try fetching it from a repository. First in the local repo, then in the remote where it fails with:
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not call remote repository. statusCode=308, body=Redirecting...
How to reproduce:
compile logistics.sqrl --profile /path/to/missing-profile-1.16
