api keys not being configured

i am new to linux. have very basic knowledge but have developed interest in OSINT.
on running datasploit it shows

-] fullcontact_api not configured

[-] Full-Contact API Key not configured. Skipping Fullcontact Search.

for all other APIs despite having manually input all keys within quotes e.g -"abcdefg"
in front of respective slots.
i tried using vi config.py
it shows many of the previous edits such as config.py.swi, swj and so on
it says now you may delete config.py.swp

but after hitting r on desired number the oldest blank config.py is (still running)
