New jQTouch breaks old iScroll - title bar click not recognized

Useful autoscroll to top function gone (in Mac OS Safari, haven't tested with IOS yet).
Would be nice to get iScroll3 working before jumping to 4.
I'm finding too many mysteries in the new code.

I finished the iScroll4 integration in November, 2011. You should have upgraded sooner. I'm working getting my extension integrated with the new jQT core. I don't have a ETA.
