Tabbars fails to open on Android OS 4.0.3

I had the tabbars working on Android 2.3.3 but on the latest Android OS, and I maybe OS 3 too, the bars fail to open - all you get is a thin black line.

If you still have this issue could you please tell me the webkit version number and attach a screenshot?

Is ok - i never fixed this but it looked to be more of a failed network connection in the app and tabbars don't seem to open with out internet.
