Migrate to Carbon v11

This would be great and adopt the new colour guidelines (https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/color/overview/#dark-themes), specially for the dark theme, since it's not correct right now (components can't be darker than the background):

I tried to update in some internal tests with no success. Since this seems to be somewhat dead, I wanted to contribute, but I guess I don't have the necessary knowledge yet to do so. Hope someone can lend us a hand for the migration soon.

The project is not dead, I just got a lot to do in the last few months... I plan to release 2 feature releases for weewx-wdc every year, so there will be a release within this year. I will decide if the migration will be included in the next release - its a big load of work.
