Missing Ryujinx save folder when searching for save folder

Describe the bug
The Ryujinx folder is missing when I try to add a save folder inside the app, but I can find it in the directory.

Manually typing the path does not find the folder either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Games
2. Select Linux Filepath
3. navigate to Home > .var > app

Expected behavior
org.ryujinx.Ryujinx to be showing

Downloaded Flatseal, gave more file permissions to the app. I was able to find it via the file path after this.

So, even giving the app permissions it still cannot find the files. I think this is more a limitation of Steam OS/Linux and Flatpacks instead of the app itself, so I will be keeping this ticket closed.
