can't find how to exclude files

readme state :
Allows for the exclusion of certain files or filetypes. This can prevent games syncing graphical settings in addition to syncing save data.

I can't find how to do that. In my configuration i have and include option, but not exclude.

Maybe i'm missing something ?

I need to update that read me snippet - you would exclude files by only "including" the ones you care about.
