Terminal output
Open the Terminal app and type one of the following commands and press Enter (The app is called "Konsole" on Steam Deck):
If you installed ProtonUp-Qt via Flatpak (Discover on Steam Deck), type:
flatpak run net.davidotek.pupgui2
If you have downloaded the AppImage, navigate to the folder containing the AppImage file and type:
./ProtonUp-Qt*.AppImage
Try to replicate the bug and paste the text output of the command here afterwards.
Are you saying Discover hangs at 100%, or that ProtonUp-Qt hangs at 100% when trying to download tools? I don't think any of the issue template was filled in here...
If Discover hangs at 100%, you'll need to report this upstream somewhere, perhaps on the KDE Bug Tracker if this is a bug with Discover, or to the Fedora Project directly (noting that you are using the KDE Plasma spin) if this is a general distribution bug.
Could you provide some more information on this issue to help better understand the problem? I'm wondering if perhaps there is/was something wrong about Fedora 39.
