[BUG] Buttons break when closing changing apps. (Duplicate timestamp enqueued)

Describe the bug
Everytime I close Yuzu to go back to my game launcher of choice (Playnite), buttons randomly spam until I turn the controller off and on again. On Betterjoy the console is being spammed with "Duplicate timestamp enqueued."
Expected behavior
When closing an app, the controller should still be working as usual without having to turn the controller off and on again.

- Type: Pro (8Bitdo Pro 2 in Switch mode)
- Connection: BT
