[ENHANCEMENT] Make the server work on the local wifi

I have a computer without Bluetooth and a laptop with it. I wonder if it will be possible to connect the joy-cons to the laptop with Bluetooth and run the server on Wi-Fi so I can use that dsu client on the PC without Bluetooth the joy cons on the PC without Bluetooth.
