[BUG] single joycon cannot be rotated after powering back on

Describe the bug
When you first open BetterJoy, you can click the JoyCon icon to rotate the controller and use it in single vertical mode. This works. Bug:

1. put controller into single vertical mode by clicking the icon in BetterJoy
2. hold Home button for 2 seconds, controller powers off
3. press some buttons to power the controller back on
4. BetterJoy recognizes the controller, but its back in single horizontal mode
5. click the icon again to try to rotate it into single vertical mode, fails

Expected behavior
Either:

1. in step 3 above when powering back on, BetterJoy remembers that the controller was already in vertical mode and re-enables that
   or
2. clicking the icon in step 5 allows the controller to be switched into vertical mode
