[BUG] "Instance Already Running"

Hello!
I've been dealing with a reoccuring issue. I'm not sure it's my fault since I'm not a huge tech person and I might've messed up the download process, but yesterday BetterJoy worked perfectly fine.
Issue: BetterJoy closes on it's own. After trying to reopen it says "Instance Already Running". I try to use Task Manager to close it but it doesn't show up there. Instead I just have to delete and reinstall it. I'm on windows 11 and using the newest version of BetterJoy (7.1). I did a lot of looking around and I see that some others have had the same problem. However none of their solutions have worked for me.
