Clockspeed for Media Engine and Atrac3+ wont go under 19MhZ even though
you suggest those in your readme.
PSP Fat 5.00 M33-6 with 1.5 Kernel addon, GAME running 5.xx

RC1 btw.Couldn't find a pre-compiled RC2 and didn't bother collecting all
libraries
myself.

Sotrry, it's a firmware limit.
All the cf >= 3.71 has a lower limit of 19Mhz (at least it seems so), I have CD
3.52M33 on my psp, so I can go lower (the lower limit is 10).
