fast_align cannot be updated as submodule on a new machine

Reason:
Commit: be5fafbc649f99454c2de81f6cdac028b759402e cannot be found, since it only exists locally on my laptop

Resolve by:

  • Either create fork and change the flags stuff there, then reconnect as submodule
  • Or remove the fix for macOS
  • Check whether implementation is working
