[0.79.13] Falling blocks that destroy a chiselled block (with a non solid top surface)

A falling block that destroys a chiselled block, that doesn't have a solid top surface, will give the player a chiselled block, which can't be seen unless scrolled to, hovered over or more than one is in the inventory (only the number is visible). This block can be placed but is not rendered and doesn't have a collision box so can't be removed unless a collapsible block is dropped on it.
