Get error KRB-ERROR (6) : KDC_ERR_C_PRINCIPAL_UNKNOWN when attempting to do the spawn command. Relay command worked without issue.

Could it be that the default "Administrator" domain account is disabled/renamed in your domain?
Try specifying a domain admin (or any other domain user with local admin privs on the machine) using the -i flag.

Yes, it was renamed. Now, it's works (-i flag).
