Fix Twitch jobs RSS feed

The RSS feed (in 2019 LUL) for Twitch jobs has broken, since Twitch moved their jobs listings to a different service from Lever.
They now use a service called Greenhouse and their jobs listings page has been moved to: https://boards.greenhouse.io/twitch
Luckily, there's a public API endpoint for retrieving job listings.

I decided to 'deprecate' this endpoint since it has been broken for a while already, and I honestly don't see the need for it anymore.
The response returned from this endpoint is now 410 Gone - This feed (/lever/twitch) has been removed. with status code 410.
