Incorrect display of images

When I am opening images in the application to label them they appear a bit strange. I added a screenshot of the correct image and the incorrect one.
Attached you can find the .png file.

Format? jpg, png
Just this image?
Is the behaviour reproducible with other images?
Docker or native installation?
Only rotated images?

- Just this Image? There are several Images with the same behaviour
- Docker or native installation? Docker
- Only rotated images? Seems like it only appears for rotated images
