Hi organizers,

Thanks for your great work. In readme, you said that the folder gc-midog-docker-reference contained a reference docker container with a baseline algorithm for the MIDOG challenge. However, in this repository, I didn't find the gc-midog-docker-reference folder.

Dear HongzehngYang,

thanks for pointing this out. We decided to put it into a separate repository (mainly due to easier cloning). Changed that in the readme.
