i have installed DELPHI RIO 10.3 in Custom PATH

Same error here!
I have:

Windows 10 Pro build 1803 (17134.556)
RAD Studio XE10.3 RIO Architect (26.0.32429.4364)
my RAD is installed in "C:\Embarcadero\Studio\200...." directory (I dont use Program Files(x86) for nothing
All my components works as expected and it is in "C:\Embarcadero\ <<company_components>>"

the folder "C:\Embarcadero" have all privilegies for all users, then, there is not any problem with privilegies (is not necessary use ADmin user for nothing)
