Add "Active" button to set geopackage as active

Could be implemented as a button and a dropdown. Useful to pick up work again after saving and re-opening a QGIS project, or to compare different models (stored as different geopackages).

Ideally: recognizes the input group, removes the layers there, and re-adds them.
