iMOD5's recharge rate not converted from mm/d to m/d

iMOD5 is not consistent with units. Namely, the unit for iMOD5 recharge rate is specified in mm/d. This needs to be converted to m/d for MODFLOW6.

I thought we already converted this somewhere, but I couldn't find anything in the code base and my test with LHM showed that recharge fluxes in the water balance are a factor 1000 too large.
