Cancelled election showing up as still happening in header

Election is uncontested, but we're still telling people they have a ballot to fill out in the header card:

I wonder if this is becuase we have other future elections?

Should we remove uncontested elections from the list of elections shown or list them separately and note they are uncontested?

Good question. Listing them separately sounds useful, what would that look like?
