voting gets suck in Brave browser

This is a Bug Report
🎩 Description
For bug reports:
- What went wrong? when I cast my vote, a window comes up telling me who the vote delegation is going to, but the transaction gets stuck here, 'spinning'
- What did you expect should have happened? I expected transaction confirmation window to open, so I could click confirm
- What was the config you used? Brave Browswer 0.56.14 (on a MacBook Air)
- What stacktrace or error message from your provider did you see? None, had to reboot the browser in order to continue using the platform
For feature proposals:
- What is the use case that should be solved. The more detail you describe this in the easier it is to understand for us.
- If there is additional config how would it look

Still having this problem today, so updated this issue with a new url and screenshot of the problem.
