Dragged a Game folder onto the .exe and just flatout get a "This App Can't Run On This PC" Error

Right-click the exe and select Properties. Check if there's an "Unblock" checkbox at the bottom right.
Otherwise, can you please provide details on your system? Are you using 32-bit Windows?
