BUG w/ icon side bar in Shards pro Vue

This bug is apparent in the demo – No Scroll bar in icon sidebar if there are too many items within it.

to replicate increase zoom on your browser and try to select the items at the bottom of the sidebar

@design-revision - Any update? (This is an issue in the pro version as well)
