Is there a way to save the pixel art?

Yes - you can use the update option to export the map of pixels and save it.

I am able to save thanks to @noahbuscher , but I am unable to find a way to load in the string I exported.

Why would you have a feature to save your pixel work but NOT LOAD IT?!
