Default Breakdance Entrance Animations Delay

Breakdance Support identified a plugin conflict between Destiny Elements and their standard entrance animations. As you scroll down the page, the elements begin to animate later and later, delaying their animation start (or visibility) longer and longer the further you get down the page. On long pages, entire sections remain entirely blank due to their elements never becoming visible at all. This has affected numerous pages on more than one site we've built.
