When using Custom command w/ Terminal it gets called twice

When calling this workspace:
via the shortcut, it results in 2 terminals with the same file opened in nvim.
However, when I click the test button, it calls it only once.
OS: Pop!_OS 20.10

Same behavior here in Elementary OS 5.1.7 Hera.
