Language specific README.md are empty

Currently, the README.md in each language folder is empty. I don't think this is intentional, is it? Would appreciate an explanation on this matter. Thanks!

Hey!
I assumed that the README in the repo were there so that we can add some doc on how to run the code we implemented.

@yassine128 is correct, the Readme's in the language repos are there for you to add context to your project if you like. I do recommend making your PR itself as descriptive as possible as well. I'll clean up the main readme to make this more clear thank you.
