[Tag Manager] Error during creation of hierarchical Tags at level 4

After a sub tag is assigned at hierarchy level 4. An error pop-up appears and the view is no longer able to load any data

The error occurs in class ZCL_ABAPTAGS_TAG_UTIL in method BUILD_HIERARCHICAL_TAGS and occurs because of an unassigned field symbol:

Fixed with Commit fix: fixes issue for deep hierarchical tags
