Change Port back to 5000

As a developer
I need to change port from 8080 to 5000
So that the application is listening on port 5000

Assumptions:

• Current port set to 8080

Acceptance Criteria:

Given the port is changed to 5000
When accessing the website through 5000
Then the page loads
