After completing an interaction, the skill can send a card to the user's Alexa app. This can contain text and a picture.
What should it say? Can use anything from the quiz; you got x/y correct, you're a super-wonk; list of all questions/answers; sources for question data; Hillary photo with confetti/balloons, etc
