88% of Clinton Foundation funds do NOT go to charity

This is a mistype on https://hillarymyths.org/issues/clinton-foundation-crooked/

If you go to the city, it says 88% go to "programs", which is not the same as charity. As I understand it, the Clinton Foundation is unique in that it hires its own staff to do work rather than outsource it to other companies. This is why so little of the money actually goes to charity. This is an important distinction and should be made on this page.
