Describe the feature
Adjust all contact links to allow for popup of the ContactRawForm component. This will allow access to the form everywhere, instead of just the homepage. Via Routing. Also add links to mobile navigation menu. Currently there are no icons, but these can be added to the bottom of said menu, similar to the current contact form.

Makes it easier to access.

This is finished and the new button is using a universal component to do so.
