munin-node and bbwin fail to install

First, thanks for packaging this.
I'm getting problems installing (see the full log pasted at the bottom) munin-node and bbwin on https://vagrantcloud.com/opentable/boxes/win-2012r2-standard-amd64-nocm
These are only two packages of yours I have tried, but
several other packages do install without problems:

C:\Users\vagrant>choco install vim --force -y
C:\Users\vagrant>choco install 7zip --force -y

The suggestions found on https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/chocolatey/efeVL3ZKOLc do not solve the problem:

1. reboot of win-2012r2-standard-amd64-nocm does not resolve the problem.
2. C:\Users\vagrant>choco unpack self -f
   Chocolatey v0.9.9.5
   Could not find a command registered that meets 'unpack'
