Add Descriptions/Instructions for New Players

Hi there! This is a really helpful tool, and I would like to give some suggestions that I think would make it even better for players heading to their first local.

First, for the fields, I would recommend a description included for at least Player ID. Perhaps something like "This is the ID on your Pokemon.com account, not your in-game trainer ID."

I would also suggest notes talking about events needing 2 or 3 of the sheets printed out. To my understanding, that would be that locals require at least the Open Team List and the Staff Team List, with the Multi Language List also being needed in certain regions. (Maybe include something like "check with the event organizer if you're unsure" so you don't have to list out which countries/regions need the 2 sheets or the 3.)

The last thing I would suggest is some writing for the Staff Team List, clarifying that the goal is to have the exact level and stat numbers shown in-game. (As opposed to the typical all level-50 + EVs and some IVs that are laid out in Pastes.)

I think if at least that much was added, it would be much more new player friendly.
