Draw crosshairs with better contrast

The blue crosshair drawn on the OAV is hard to see. It needs to be easily visible in light and dark backgrounds. To do this we should draw a white crosshair with a black border

Acceptance Criteria

• The crosshair is white with a black border
• We take some images against brighter/darker backgrounds and confirm its still visible
