SVM to score to train GAN is missing

I was wondering if the part of the program that includes SVM to train/test GAN model(s) are missing in the git repository.
Could you also please help me how you find Tanimoto similarity that is mentioned in the paper.
Is the git repository only including the training part of the paper and test/validating is missing? I appreciate any help on this.
